Have you ever licked the bowl when you made a blueberry muffin or cake? I know I have tried just a little bit (shhhh!). I created this blueberry muffin smoothie bowl that literally tastes like blueberry muffin batter !! Sooo yummy ! This recipe is made all with healthy, wholesome ingredients, a good dose of antioxidants, protein and fibre. Try it as a snack, or top it with some high fibre Buds for crunch, and banana slices for a delicious breakfast. If you try this recipe comment below or tag a friend that you know will like it.

Blueberry Muffin Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 TBSP chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Blend all in a high speed blender. Top with toppings of your choice ( sliced banana, berries, granola, hemp seed...). Enjoy!
