Have you ever licked the bowl when you made a blueberry muffin or cake? I know I have tried just a little bit (shhhh!). I created this blueberry muffin smoothie bowl that literally tastes like blueberry muffin batter !! Sooo yummy ! This recipe is made all with healthy, wholesome ingredients, a good dose of antioxidants, protein and fibre. Blueberry Muffin Smoothie BowlPrint
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 TBSP chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Blend all in a high speed blender. Top with toppings of your choice ( sliced banana, berries, granola, hemp seed...). Enjoy!
